Shipping Policy

(We are currently ONLY shipping within the U.S.)

  • Processing Time: All items are made to order and require a processing time of up to 5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
  • Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Chosin Supply is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Returns Policy

At Chosin Supply, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and exceptional customer service. We understand that sometimes returns may be necessary, and we are here to assist you with any concerns you may have.

  • Return Period: We offer a 14-day return policy. Items must be returned within 14 days of the receipt date.
  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Return Process: To return an item, please fill out the contact form, please include your order number and item you wish to return. Once we receive your request we will contact you with shipping instruction on how to return the item.
  • Refunds: After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 3 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.
  • Exceptions: The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Final Sale, Custom orders and personalized items.
